Objectives

To stand out in an oversaturated newsfeed, Soapbox rejects partisan politics and mainstream fluff. We’ve never claimed to be news. In fact, we’re the opposite of “news.” We tell it how it is: What we feel, what we see and what we think about it. This means we get labeled as everything from bleeding-heart liberals to Trump sympathizers. We’re on no one’s side and our objective is to stay that way. We also make sure our opinions are heard by staying on top of social platform trends, and tailoring everything from aspect ratio to the song that’s trending on TikTok.

Strategy and Execution

We have opinions. We have empathy. We see the ridiculous and we strike back with satire. We question. We doubt. We check the facts. And then we climb up onto our soapbox and we make our voices heard. Loud and clear.

Results

With more than 206K net followers, we have 6.5 million minutes viewed monthly. And our retention rate is through the roof! From 15 seconds to 1 minute, nearly 58% of our viewers stay tuned in. We have 17.7K returning viewers weekly, and our audience loves to spark up a good debate in the comments and share our content. Our best watched video got 5 million views in one month.
