Pact partnered with LinkPrefer with the goal of scaling sustainable fashion impact through creator-led storytelling. Pact’s mission—to deliver organic, versatile, zero-net-carbon apparel—aligned seamlessly with LinkPrefer’s creator platform, which specializes in performance-based influencer activations. Our objective was to amplify Pact’s core values across multiple digital platforms, drive direct sales through tracked affiliate links, and measure tangible performance gains in GMV, conversion rate, and ROI. We sought not only to increase brand visibility, but also to generate scalable social impact by encouraging conscious consumerism.

To bring Pact’s vision to life, LinkPrefer activated a global, multi-platform campaign involving 60 creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and X(Twitter). The strategy centered on one powerful idea: elevate sustainability by embedding it authentically into creators' everyday storytelling.
We hand-selected creators in lifestyle, fashion, and conscious living niches from the U.S., U.K., and Australia. The diversity in creator backgrounds—ranging from micro-influencers to macro voices—ensured wide demographic resonance. Each creator was briefed to highlight Pact’s organic cotton materials, inclusive sizing, and zero-net-carbon practices in a tone authentic to their platform and audience.

Challenges included ensuring message consistency across five platforms while allowing creative freedom. We addressed this by developing centralized creative briefs and check-ins that respected each creator's individuality without diluting brand values.
Innovation was key: Instead of relying on traditional awareness campaigns, we used affiliate mechanics to turn every post into measurable action. With a conversion rate of 8%, we demonstrated that influencer marketing can be both socially impactful and commercially effective.
