Steve's a homegrown creative product of Detroit, Michigan. For the last 16 years, he's been a creative problem solver at a few large Ad shops: Doner, VML in Kansas City, Leo Burnett where he co-led the creative department on the iconic Cadillac account where he spearheaded the evolution of the brand. And now Steve is the ECD at Monks in Detroit leading the GM business. Over a span of a decade, Steve has had two Super Bowl spots finish in the Top 10 and had his work honored at Cannes, the One Show, the EFFIES, New York Film Festivals and others. Outside of traditional, Steve excels in developing transformative, human-first ideas in the social, digital, and experiential spaces. With his guidance, GMC and Cadillac's social media channels have become two of the most innovative and progressive in the automotive category; including helping Cadillac become one of the first auto brands to integrate AI on social. Along his journey, Steve's worked alongside some of the best creative minds, finest film directors, photographers, and the most innovative content creators in the game today - and just recently joined the creative mentorship team at PhotoPolitic that gives valuable tips and insights to photographers and directors all over the globe.
