As Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer, Global Markets, Sera is responsible for global strategic priorities and driving growth through consistency of approach across healthcare, corporate reputation, creative and influencer marketing in all markets outside the US, as well as working with market and practice leaders on scaling innovations across the network. Author of Effectiveness Essentials for the IPA, Sera brings a passion for strategic excellence and creative communications effectiveness to her role at Ketchum and is focused on working collaboratively across our client base to deliver on the next stage of our consultancy journey, unlocking success and growth for clients through work that matters. A Fellow of the IPA and former Drum Marketer of the Year, Sera was previously named one of 100 Superwomen and Supermen in the creative industries by Pitch. Sera brings over 25 years’ experience at agency leadership level, and in 2020 was recognised at the global Women in Marketing Awards with a Highly Commended Special Award for Outstanding Contribution.
