About

Rachel Schnorr, US Membership Director at Ad Net Zero, oversees US operations for the nonprofit climate action program for the ad industry. She has a passion for driving impact and works to support members from advertisers to agencies to ad tech and other marketing services firms, focusing on ways to accelerate their sustainability journey and identifying strategic moments for sustainability in the ad industry. Before joining Ad Net Zero in 2023, Rachel held senior positions at dentsu and Merkle, building the Americas DEI practice across dentsu's Americas operations after piloting the program at Merkle. Before pivoting into an ESG role, Rachel led the 150-person SEM team across Merkle, and has worked with clients such as AWS, Crate & Barrel, Schneider Electric. She holds a Marketing Degree from James Madison University, where she serves on the Marketing Advisory Board and guest lectures, is Board Chair for a nonprofit in her local community, and previously led a community jobs program.
