A globally recognized profile, Lauren is one of Creative Pool’s ‘Top 100 Global Creative Leaders’, has received over 88 international awards, and served on juries worldwide. She is a reputable and passionate voice for diversity and purpose-led work, has delivered talks all over the world, spoken on various panels, lectured at universities and is a regular contributor and publisher of thought leadership. A feminist before-it-was cool and a mother, Lauren is unrelenting in the fight for equality, using her privilege and platform to combat gender based discrimination and empower others to do the same. She was one of The 3% and The One Clubs’ ‘Next Creative Leaders’, a Cannes Lions ‘See It Be It’ alumni and selection jury member, is a proud two-time winner of Eurobest’s GLASS award and one of Pitch magazines ‘100 superwomen’.
