Xiaobi (Iris) Pan is a globally-recognized pioneer in the fields of User Experience Design, Emerging Technology Design, Integrative Product Design, etc. She has been the inventor of the very first sound wave interactive installation visited by over 1 million participants, the app that promises to plant 100 million trees on our planet by 2025, and a series of industry-leading new technology products and experiences. She previously served as a Lead Designer for Amazon AR + AI Conversational Shopping products and a Sr. Product Designer and New Interface Group Lead at Mastercard Labs. In her work, she integrates emerging technologies such as XR and AI to create pioneering products for business and social good. She is now the co-founder of HMW (How Might We) Design Studio, which explores how design can spark meaningful change at the intersection of technology, culture, and society.
