Tessa Banks is the Group Executive Producer at GALE Partners. She started her career as a Writer/Director with a passion for music videos, commercials, and Horror Films. This led her to her ultimate passion - Producing. 

 Tessa has a quote that defines her, “We don’t just produce the work, we produce the process.” Today she does both at GALE: CampaignUS Agency of the Year 2024, Adweek's Fastest Growing Agency and Ad Age A-List Agency of the Year. There she’s responsible for managing multi-disciplinary teams of Creative Producers, Motion Designers, Video Editors, and Creative Asset Managers. Her career Includes working on Iconic Brands like VW, Target, Beats by Dre, Dr Pepper, and Snapple, and currently on Hard Rock, First Leaf, Abbott and Got Milk? In just 3 years she has architected a global production department with modernity at the core. 

 Tessa’s career milestones at Beats by Dr Dre Include combining marketing with culture, launching the “Solo Pro Campaign” featuring Billie Eilish, and the anthemic music video “Wild Like Us” for Chinese New Year. And she combined music with sports culture in a product launch for Beats featuring Serena Williams, NAS and Niki Minaj. Her purpose inspired work includes a Partnership with HBCUs titled ‘Black Futures’ and HBCU Filmmakers Mentorship Program where students were given the opportunity to develop and produce films. 

 As Producer at Deutsch LA she worked on the Award winning Target, “Live Music Video” featuring Gwen Stefani that debuted during the 58th Annual Grammy Awards. She also worked on the visual album short for Target featuring Adele “25”, one of the most anticipated albums of 2015. 

 Tessa’s Awards include One Show, D&AD, Shortys, and AICP Awards to name a few.
