Hello! First I would like to thank the Shorty Awards team for inviting me to be a judge this year. I am a digital marketing professional who is extremely passionate about emerging media trends, automation, consumer behaviour and innovative technology. My 9+ years of experience in the digital media space has allowed me to transition into a senior leadership role; currently managing a team of 25 professional who specialize in social media, search, and programmatic crafts. Over the course of my career, I have had the pleasure of working across various industries ranging from CPG, Retail, Government, Travel, FinTech and AlcBev verticalized client accounts. The one thing I love most about the agency world, is you get to touch a variety of clients in a single day, while helping them solve unique or market specific problems that related directly to their business outcomes. This also means no day looks the exact same in my world and I am never bored. Being apart of a global network like Kinesso and IPG Mediabrands, has also kept me sharp and ahead of the curve when it comes to adapting to changes in the digital media space. Part of my role is to help prepare our clients or future-proof them for the changes that lie ahead in the digital landscape, while also being able to teach, educate and mentor my team and a network of brilliant professionals.
