#workoutcommand - I use this to randomly yell at people to get down and do 10 burpees no matter where they are when they read it.

I yell them! With a smile.

My food. My workouts. My clothes. But mostly my food :)

5-6 hours. That's because I'm sleeping. I'd tweet in my dreams if I could.

That it's a mini status update. No way. It's a way to connect with people...publicly!

I have conversations w my fans and answer any questions they have much like I would with my students in a real live class!

@knockknockjoan a die-hard super loyal fan who I've become friends with since my beginnings on YouTube.
How do you decide what to tweet?
Anything that excites me or scares me, I tweet it.

Because everyone else was!

I was able to make good friends with people I've still never met in real life.
What do you wish people would do more of on Twitter?
Stop advertising and start talking.
How will the world change in the next year?
We'll all start farming again. Ok, maybe not FARMING. But small scale backyard crops for sure. Better than paying $$$ 4 "organic".
What are some big Twitter faux pas?
I wanna see pictures, even mini ones. Too much link clicking scares me.
What will the world be like 10 years from now?
I wish the world would be ready for teleportation 10 years from now.
