I have many years of experience in thinking, talking, and writing about how we can conduct business and life in a way that helps teams and individuals work effectively from a sustainable values-based perspective. And my followers do value a chance to be exposed to that experience. More importantly, I think, they also value being able to connect to this larger community of people who are living out that experience every day, and who come together to teach, learn, share, and question.
Why should we vote for you?
I honestly believe that the answer to many of the issues we face in contemporary business lies in helping people learn to listen to and follow their heart. I’ve seen evidence of this time and time again in all kinds of organizations and industries. I love promoting my work not for myself, but for the good it can bring to people’s lives, to the practice of business, and to the world as a whole.
As a parent, coach, or role model tell us: How do you use social media to help others focus on all that is good in their lives? Don't forget to submit a nomination for the #KeepGoodGoing award!
My twitter stream is ALWAYS about helping others focus on the good in their lives. #empowerment #motivation #leadership

How do you or your organization use social media? What makes your use unique?
I believe that to connect is to care, to communicate is to listen, to cultivate purpose is to gain meaning. My message is a simple one: follow your heart! Blog posts, guest posts, and Twitter all allow for different explorations of that theme—sometimes in depth, sometimes quickly, sometimes for a business audience, sometimes for a broader group.
My weekly tweetchat, Lead from Within, connects an entire community of people and ideas in a way that never would have been possible before social media.
