Shoutouts was founded in early 2012 by Gennaro Napolitano, and Zach Wilhelm, in Prescott Arizona. Since then we have expanded with over three hundred and fifty thousand combined followers on Instagram, and over Ten Thousand followers on Twitter. The time and effort we have worked to reach these incredible limits has definitely paid off.
