The Partnership for a Healthier America (PHA) was looking for an innovative way to launch its new marketing campaign to encourage millennials to eat Fruits and Vegetables ("FNV").
Whistle Sports concepted and created a live event in Norfolk, Virginia with the First Lady, Jessica Alba and other celebrities and Whistle Sports social influencers including Paul Rabil, Indi and Skye Cowie, and FitMenCook's Kevin Curry. Whistle Sports managed the event, produced social content for distribution, and brought its sports social influencers to perform in a series of "FNV Challenges."
With over 5,000 attendees at the FNV Live event, Whistle Sports helped the Partnership for a Healthier America put on an event that incorporated fun and exciting obstacles, such as juggling fruits and vegetables like a soccer ball, a supermarket sweep where celebrities and sports social influencers pushed shopping carts and a lacrosse stick hurling throw-and-catch, all while engaging with millennials. In addition to the physical event, Whistle Sports created a 30-second commercial to promote FNV and 15 social media clips to distribute digitally. Additionally, the Instagram post from FLOTUS had over 45,000 engagements alone.
