We wanted to introduce the Dar family by way of a custom commercial for the ABC Deli chain. Inspired by the American Dream, Baba Dar led the charge with details of his journey, from his humble beginnings to his final (albeit, illegitimate) throne.
It started with a high-energy script detailing the offerings of the Deli (like tasty cakes, chips and shakes). By matching the voices of each character, we were able to celebrate the passion and uniqueness of the Dar trio in one fell swoop. Their emphatic declarations paired perfectly with iconic motion graphics and bombastic visuals, created by our talented team of designers. The chaos of the edit reflected the disorder of the Dars while teeing up the stakes of Season 1.
After immediately gaining traction, the piece was met with high praise from new (and hungry) audiences. As the comment section roared, so did the anticipation for this show and its quirky cast of characters.
