Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month - The Tiny Chef Show with Tricia Fukuhara

Entered in Multicultural Community Engagement

Objective

Join Tiny Chef & Tricia Fukuhara as they dive into Asian American and Pacific Islander cuisine. The recipe of the day is Tricia’s bachan’s (grandma’s) vegan fried wontons. Preparing these wontons together was a great way to engage fans and bring awareness of a new recipe.

Strategy

Through this video, Paramount+ celebrates Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month with the star of Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies Tricia Fukuhara, who joins Nick Jr’s Tiny Chef to share the importance of food within her culture. Tricia’s recreation of her grandma’s recipe for vegan fried wontons is educational and amplifies the visibility of the Asian American and Pacific Islander communities.
