Objectives

Ahead of the release of Marvel Studios’ “Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania”, ZipRecruiter®, a leading online employment marketplace, was looking to produce three commercials drawing inspiration from the film as a part of their campaign showcasing how its platform can help job seekers find their next great opportunity. This campaign marks the first collaboration between ZipRecruiter and Marvel Studios’ film.

Strategy and Execution

The Marvel Cinematic Universe is treasured by audiences across the globe, and this collaboration was a special opportunity for us to expand on the message of connecting people to their next great opportunity.

This crossover and collaboration between ZipRecruiter and Marvel Studios’ film opened a universe of possibilities, which we honed in on – the magic of one click turning possibility into your dream job. 

By focusing on the heightened visuals of the Ant-Man world in a story that revolved around the regular old tropes of office life, we helped showcase how ZipRecruiter’s platform can empower job seekers to ‘shrink’ their job search and find a dream role.

Results

Three commercials, inspired by the upcoming movie, in 30-second, 15-second, and 6-second ads running across linear TV, streaming, digital and social.
