On March 1, 2022, we hosted our second event, the Youth Response to the State of the Union Address. This livestream event concluded a digital day-of-action where young people across social media flooded the internet with their expectations and thoughts for the 2022 State of the Union Address.
Right after President Biden's message to the nation, we gathered over 30 young people from 26 states to react real-time through themed panel discussions that were livestreamed on our website and across social media.
We reached over 50K young people and adult allies across social media, prompted over 650 social media posts, and engaged over 55K across email.
