DBS rolled out new brand positioning of "Live more, Bank less" in H1 2018 as part of a mission to reimagine banking and makes banking to be simple, seamless and invisible so that customers can spend more time on the people and things they care about.
This brand promise is broken down into three enablers:
- Live hassle-free with invisible banking – through agile and continuous innovation (i.e digibank by DBS – full fledge digital banking
- Seize life's opportunity – through content marketing, digital campaigns (including social media) and direct engagement opportunities to provide insights, inspiration, and information on living life to the fullest.
- Live larger than yourself – being a force for good
To accelerate awareness and brand engagement on "Live more, Bank less" brand promise, DBS Indonesia launched DBS Live More Society (go.dbs.com/livemoresociety) in 22 March 2018 :
- Extension of offline community activations/ part of O2O strategy
- Online platform for content hub
- Enabler for interest-based communities to engage with the brand's spirit
- To inspire and provide insights on how to live life to the fullest
- Social media amplification that resulted in excellent 500,556 engagements. The social media post has achieved 5,828,879 reach, 10,009,226 impressions, with more than 572 submissions and OOH impressions of 96 million.
- It has also becomes the highest traffic for the Live More Society Website in just one month since it was launched in June 22nd , reaching out to > 45,000 unique pageviews in December 2018.
