We started by identifying a core problem: policy content is often dense, slow-moving, and difficult to consume. To address this, we designed a “60-second policy” format that distills complex regulations, legislative updates, and geopolitical developments into concise, easy-to-understand explanations. This format became the backbone of our content strategy, ensuring consistency and clarity across platforms.
Execution involved building a repeatable workflow: sourcing high-impact policy topics, researching and validating information, scripting in plain language, and delivering it through short-form video and digital content. In parallel, we introduced interviews with policymakers and political leaders, giving audiences—particularly youth—direct access to the perspectives and decision-making processes of those shaping policy.
As the platform evolves, we are also launching initiatives led by youth contributors within Policy Decoded. These initiatives create space for deeper discussions on specific policy areas, encouraging young voices to lead conversations, share insights, and actively participate in shaping the narrative around public policy.
