But the biggest trend may be that YouTube, TikTok, TV, streaming are all blurring into one. And it will be exciting to see what new models of success will emerge.

“When you are talking to executives ,data and measurement is their language. You can't come to the board meeting and say, my gut says this. Now, there is art here, but HR is a great example. Two decades ago, they moved from doing the benefits and the pay packages to being top table, core to strategic decision making, and having the measurements and the data around it.”
