Susan Chang has worked in social media long enough to remember when Instagram didn't exist but Google+ did. She can also recall the day when Ashton Kutcher became the first Twitter account to hit 1 million followers and enjoys reminiscing about the more wholesome days of social media. Susan currently is the head of social at Chan Zuckerberg Initiative. Previously, she spent 11 years at Dropbox building and leading a best-in-class social media program and team.
One of her favorite pastimes is crying over dog videos on her FYP.
