As Senior Director of Influencer Relations at Big Brothers Big Sisters of America (BBBSA), Pei combines a passion for pop culture, storytelling and creativity with social impact—building partnerships with athletes, brands, and influencers to create access and opportunity for young people nationwide.

Through media, digital content, thought leadership, events, youth mentorship experiences, and dynamic campaigns, BBBSA is creating awareness and impact by engaging influential voices and strategic partners to evolve the iconic 120+ year-old brand while addressing the urgent need for mentors nationwide.

BBBSA was recognized in Fast Company’s 2023 Brands That Matter and honored by PRWeek for Best Collaboration with the NFL on The Big Draft campaign, mobilizing NFL players nationwide to inspire more men to become mentors. Pei's previous experience includes corporate communications, media, and talent relations spanning Time Inc., National 4-H Council, and beyond, working on media and celebrity talent engagement to shape stories that connect to culture and audiences in meaningful ways.
