Maryna Semioshyna is an award-winning Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of HOURS, where she leads the creative vision and execution of high-impact brand experiences on Roblox. She specializes in transforming global brands into immersive, gameplay-driven worlds that feel native to platform culture while delivering measurable commercial results.
Maryna has led campaigns for Lancôme, Givenchy, adidas, Venmo, Barbie, and Mondelēz International. Her work has generated millions of visits and strong player engagement within short campaign windows, including 2.5 million visits in 4 weeks for the “Barbie Dream Search” game activation, 1.4 million visits in 4 weeks for the “adidas x UEFA WEURO 2025” game activation, and 1.7 million visits in 4 weeks for “Venmo Everything!”, reflecting strong audience response and platform-native brand resonance.
Her portfolio also includes large-scale digital activations such as “Metaverse Fashion Week” 2023 and the award-winning “Metaverse Beauty Week” 2023 on the Spatial platform, helping global brands explore new forms of storytelling, commerce, and community inside emerging digital platforms.
With a Master of Fine Arts degree and eight years of experience in interior and architectural design, Maryna brings a thoughtful spatial and visual design perspective to immersive media.
