Emily Kortlang is the Chief Marketing Officer at Yerba Madre, driving the brand’s global marketing strategy and expansion. Previously, she was EMEA Brand Director for Beats by Dr. Dre at Apple, where she played a key role in its growth ahead of its $3 billion acquisition. She earned her MBA from the Berlin School of Creative Leadership and served as co-chair of D&AD Rare, an initiative advancing diverse leadership in the creative industry. Raised in Hackney, East London, Emily has built a career breaking barriers and creating opportunities for underrepresented voices historically left out of the industry. She has judged Cannes Lions, D&AD, and APG and continues to challenge industry norms while shaping purpose-driven brand storytelling.
