Cinira Baldi is a transformative nonprofit and humanitarian leader with more than two decades of experience driving organizational growth, strategic transformation, and social impact. As Chief Executive Officer of Good360, she leads the organization’s strategy to close the need gap and ensure essential goods reach communities when and where they are needed most.

Under her leadership, Good360 distributed more than $4 billion in essential goods in 2025, impacting 79 million lives. The organization was also recognized by Forbes as the #2 charity in the United States and #1 in the International category, reflecting its growing scale, efficiency, and impact.

In 2026, Cinira was named to the Forbes 50 Over 50 list, recognizing women whose leadership, influence, and impact continue to redefine what is possible.

Prior to Good360, Cinira served as Chief Development & Communications Officer at Project HOPE, where she led significant investments in fundraising capacity, brand growth, and global engagement. Previously, she led Mercy Corps’ Mass Markets team, responsible for more than two-thirds of the organization’s unrestricted revenue.

Her career spans humanitarian response, global health, disaster resilience, displacement, and international development, as well as nearly two decades in corporate marketing, communications, business development, and sales. Her corporate experience includes leadership roles with Qwest Communications, where she helped launch the company’s first national retail channel, and SCA Direct, an Omnicom agency, where she worked with leading nonprofit and social-impact organizations.

Across sectors, Cinira has built her career around transformation—strengthening organizations, building high-performing teams, expanding revenue and reach, and translating ambitious ideas into measurable impact.
