Brent Baldwin, currently serves as a Principal at MediaLink where he leads leads MediaLink’s Creative Tech and Talent Practice focused on helping brands drive efficient and personalized content at scale through the right balance of technology and both internal and external talent. This work helps brands realize significant bottom line savings while delivering on the holy grail of speed, quality, and quantity of creative assets.
During his tenure at MediaLink Brent has orchestrated the largest creative transformations across the Pharma, Tech, and FinServ industries and shepherded the negotiation of over $10bn in media dollars. Brent has also rebuilt retail marketing organizations, designed the internal creative studio of the future, and become a sought after expert on the role of GenAI in creative production.
Brent brings more than 20+ years of experience in brand/creative strategy and consumer insights to MediaLink. Before joining MediaLink, Brent was the CMO of The Harlem Globetrotters, and led global brand teams at Disney on Ice, and Cartoon Network.
Brent currently sits on the board of the Brand Hall of Fame which honors North American based brands each fall at The Gathering Festival.
Brent lives just north of Atlanta, GA with his wife and two daughters. When not traveling, you can find him on the weekends smoking a pork butt or building a new addition to his daughters’ backyard playground.
