Jessie Macneil-Brown: Championing Social Justice Through Ice Cream and Beyond As the Head of Social Mission and Activism for Ben & Jerry’s Europe, Jessie Macneil-Brown holds a truly unique position in the corporate world. Her role is all about advancing social justice through the everyday operations of a beloved ice cream brand. Jessie spearheads the development and execution of impactful advocacy campaigns and social initiatives across Europe and the UK, all deeply rooted in Ben & Jerry’s progressive values. Currently, her focus is on protecting and advancing the rights of those with refugee experiences. With nearly fifteen years of experience in campaigns, public affairs, marketing, and communications, Jessie is a passionate advocate for using business as a force for good. Before joining Ben & Jerry’s, she led global campaigns teams at IKEA, Amnesty International, and The Body Shop, driving significant social change on an international scale. Jessie also maintains a strong connection to her homeland, Australia, serving as the Chairwoman of the Monash University Global Leaders' European Network Advisory Committee.
