Tim Leake has been leveraging creativity to solve business problems for over 25 years, and he’s always finding fun new ways to do so. He’s the Founder & CEO of Let's Lightbulb (www.LetsLightbulb.com), a creative and strategic facilitation consultancy that helps leaders achieve twice as much in half the time. Before starting Let's Lightbulb, Tim spent nearly a decade as the Chief Marketing & Innovation Officer for RPA, helping grow the agency from roughly 350 people when he joined to over 700 people. Prior to RPA, he was a global innovation, creative and digital transformation consultant and speaker with Hyper Island. And he spent the first half of his career on the creative side of the advertising industry, as a Creative Director and Copywriter at agencies including Saatchi & Saatchi, Dentsu and TBWA/Chiat/Day. He’s a frequent speaker at international events including the Cannes Festival of Creativity (France), Hyper Island (Sweden), CPH Transform (Copenhagen), Dani Komunikacija (Croatia), AToMiC (Canada), Advertising Week (USA), SXSW (the country of Texas), and more. Tim also recently performed his second TEDx talk, titled: “Committing to Ideas That Scare You — The Musical”.
