Taylor is Executive Creative Director at Instacart and co-leads the in-house creative studio under CMO Laura Jones. Since joining Instacart in 2022 she has ushered in a new era of brand storytelling and has led the company’s most resonant and effective internally-created work to date. As ECD she is responsible for the strategy and expression of Instacart’s brand vision and leads a team of award-winning Creative Directors, Writers, Art Directors, Producers, Editors and Designers who help bring that vision to life. Before joining Instacart, Taylor was Lead Creative Director of Global Consumer Product Marketing and Social Campaigns at Twitter. While there she led the creative for global launches of product features like Twitter Blue, Super Follows and Fleets. She also partnered with Twitter’s award-winning Global Social & Editorial team to lead content series like #ArtistToFollow featuring emerging and established musicians such as Dua Lipa, Dame Dolla, Charlie XCX and Bree Runway. Prior to joining Twitter, Taylor was a copywriter at various advertising agencies leading work on beloved brands like Panda Express and Justin’s Peanut Butter. Her experience on both sides of the house gives her a unique ability to rally not only a creative team but an entire org and company around a common goal. She understands the importance of cross-functional collaboration and blends this understanding of the business with an obsession for storytelling and creative craft.
