Shadille Estepan (she/ella) is a storyteller, communications strategist, and mental health activist with over 12 years of nonprofit experience. As Senior Communications Manager at Born This Way Foundation, she amplifies youth voices through strategic storytelling, media relations, and public health advocacy, partnering with local, federal, and international organizations to expand access to research backed mental health resources. Drawing on her background as a bilingual immigrant, she champions culturally responsive initiatives and leads youth co-design work as part of Born This Way Foundation’s larger strategy, convening intimate roundtables, curating large conference panels, and leading dynamic discussions that inform and empower communities.
