Melinda Lee is a media and technology vet, having led many companies and brands through the digital media, tech and content convergence. As a strategic growth leader, her specialty is in scaling brands into sustainable, revenue generating businesses that serve diverse audiences. Throughout her career, Melinda has demonstrated an empathic “people-first” leadership style that champions both diversity and sponsorship. Prior to joining Stage Ten as Media Network President, she was a senior executive leader and change agent at companies like BuzzFeed, where she served as its first Chief Content Officer for their Media Brands, and legacy publishers like Meredith and Hearst, where she led the digital content strategy for the International brand portfolio and video studios, respectively.
