Josh Weaver is a multidisciplinary marketing and media leader with over 10 years of experience managing the planning, development, implementation, optimization, and reporting of omnichannel media and integrated marketing strategies and campaigns for major brands and organizations. Josh also has over 5 years of experience leading and developing marketing and media teams of as large as 10 people. During Josh Weaver’s time at The Trevor Project, the largest LGBTQ youth mental health organization, brand awareness increased by over 40% among its core audience in one year. As its Vice President of Marketing, they led the organization's marketing team of eight, which – absent an agency of record – wholly maintained The Trevor Project’s omnichannel paid and organic marketing and media ecosystem. They also managed all consumer and brand research, activating key trends and findings.
