Dupé Ajayi believes in the power of marketing for good and does so through an equitable lens.That has and will continue to be a through line of her practice. She is currently Marketing Lead for Airbnb.org where she builds and deepens the commitment of a community of Champions cultivated from Airbnb Hosts, Guests and the public. She collaborates with strategic partners to create, launch and nurture campaigns which capture and ignite audiences. She previously served as senior strategist leading Intersectional Marketing and Partnerships for The Shed, a multidisciplinary arts center which commissions, produces, and presents a wide-range of activities in performing and visual arts as well as pop culture for all audiences. She contributed as a storyteller and marketer in various capacities at ABC News, the Brooklyn Public Library, Bank of America, The Raben Group, The City of New York’s Housing Authority, MTV, BET, Ross Initiative in Sports for Equality, Mary J. Blige, and Rent the Runway’s Project Entrepreneur. She is a Nigerian-American who grew up in Brooklyn, NY. She loves to run, do yoga, meditate, and take in art of all kinds. She is also known to recall random facts, make the best of challenging situations, read up on how to be a part of and build strong teams and is obsessed with dogs and hot air balloons.
