Amy Carvajal, who recently served as Code and Theory’s first-ever Chief Creative Officer, has made her mark championing innovation, collaboration and inclusion in the creative field for more than 20 years. Carvajal’s passion for innovating and solving tough business challenges has earned her over 90 industry awards. She believes that passion drives changes and creativity provides us with a unique opportunity to shape brands and persuade culture. Her bold approach has led cross-agency and discipline teams and developed innovative creative solutions across all platforms and media channels. At Code and Theory, she led all creative globally for the digital-first creative agency with offerings in marketing and communications, product design and development, and branding and identity. Prior to C&T, Amy held coveted global and integrated creative team leader roles at Wunderman Thompson, Publicis, and Organic. Amy's work has been featured in major publications including Ad Age, Contagious, Adweek, The New York Times and Taschen Books. She continues to be an outspoken advocate for increasing female leadership within creative industries and leads one of the most diverse creative teams supporting some of the world’s biggest brands such as Amazon, TikTok, Microsoft, NFL, JPMC, and Diageo, to name a few.
