Maggie Winters is the Co-Founder of This January. Founded in 2020 alongside co-founder Zach Goodwin, and based in Washington D.C., This January is an independent advertising agency building next year’s biggest brands. Clients include Fortune 500s, venture-backed startups, DTC darlings and renowned brands, including Lufthansa, American Airlines, Mistercap’s Mushrooms (founded by Wiz Khalifa), Nike, and Gumi Yum, among many others.  Winters has also been recognized as one of Washington Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2025, as well as Inc’s 30 Under 30 Rising Stars. She also served as a Board Member for the American Advertising Federation (AAF) DC Chapter, and is a member of Chief, a private network built to drive more women into positions of power, strengthen their leadership journeys, cross-pollinate ideas across industries, and effect change from the top-down. She’s also spoken at multiple renowned industry events, including DC Design Week, Advertising Week DC, and the AdWorld Conference.
