Kyle Pavia (he/him) is a Los Angeles–born communications strategist with over 8 years of experience spanning agency and in-house roles across industries including tech, healthcare, consumer, and nonprofit. He currently serves as Senior Digital Communications Manager at the Los Angeles LGBT Center, the world’s largest LGBTQ+ organization, where he helps lead digital strategy, branding, and public relations in support of the Center’s mission of building a better world in which LGBTQ+ people can be healthy, equal, and complete members of society. Previously, Kyle was part of Airbnb’s Global Communications team, where he played a pivotal role in the 2024 launch of Airbnb’s “Icons” — one of the company’s largest launches to date, introducing a groundbreaking category of extraordinary experiences hosted by cultural luminaries across music, film, television, sports, and more. Over the course of his career, Kyle has worked with a wide range of clients and brands — including ALDI, Amgen, Anheuser-Busch, Crunchyroll, General Motors, Pernod Ricard, Verizon, and United Way of LA. Passionate about elevating unheard stories, Kyle is dedicated to amplifying BIPOC and LGBTQ+ voices and centering those most vulnerable in our communities through storytelling and advocacy.
