I’m passionate about using AI to accelerate insights, stretch creative thinking, and create more intelligent, connected marketing. From e-learning startups to Fortune 500s, education in China to luxury spirits, I’ve succeeded across industries by leading with adaptability, inclusivity, and a deep belief in what’s possible. I build high-performing, values-led teams and help C-suite leaders reimagine not just how we market—but what we make possible. Beyond the office, I’m an active industry voice and community advocate. I speak regularly on panels and guest lecture at institutions including NYU Stern, Wharton, Columbia Business School, and Cornell. I’m proud to serve as a board member of Asians in Advertising, where I help champion equity, visibility, and belonging across our industry. In 2024, I was honored with the Innovator Award from the Ad Club of New York. I also served as President of the University of San Diego’s Alumni Chapter and mentored first-generation professionals through StreetWise Partners, helping them navigate and thrive in corporate spaces.
