Aidaly Sosa is the Head of Marketing at Tony’s Chocolonely US, where she drives the brand’s growth and impact through strategic storytelling, omnichannel marketing, and high visibility partnerships. She has led Tony’s expansion into major national retailers, including Target, Walmart, and Costco, significantly accelerating the brand’s U.S. footprint. Aidaly played a key role in the U.S. rollout of the Tony’s x Ben & Jerry’s partnership, overseeing the marketing efforts to ensure a strong and impactful launch. She also spearheaded the brand’s civic engagement campaign, Make Your Voice Heard, and deploys core CPG growth levers such as retail media optimization, trial-driving activations, and culturally resonant brand building to increase awareness, velocity, and household penetration.
