Steph Lager is the co-founder and CEO of Mango Creative Co, a woman-founded marketing & advertising agency that knows there's one secret to growth: really good creative. From performance marketing to strategic brand identity and large-scale campaigns, they make top-tier creative and marketing talent accessible to brands of all sizes. Steph has worked as a copywriter, marketer, and creative director for 12 years, working with brands like Facebook, Yelp, Hims & Hers, Milk Bar, Julie, Hey Jane, Udacity, Studs, Balance, Pebble, and Lifelines. Her work has appeared on billboards and in subway stations across major U.S. cities, as well as on TV, radio, and in various media outlets. She’s also written for publications like the Huffington Post, and has a B.A. in English and Film, TV, and Digital Media from UCLA. When she’s not concepting an ad campaign (which is never), you can find her making a smoothie, hiking, or pretending every dog she meets is her own.
