Kymberlie Adams is an award-winning marketing, communications, fundraising, and engagement executive with more than 20 years of experience helping mission-driven organizations grow revenue, expand audiences, and deepen impact. As Chief Marketing & Development Officer for Soroptimist International of the Americas, she leads global fundraising, marketing, communications, partnerships, and member engagement strategies across a federation spanning 21 countries and six languages. Throughout her career, she has specialized in building integrated growth strategies that connect brand, advocacy, fundraising, and community engagement to drive measurable organizational results. Prior to Soroptimist, Kymberlie spent 12 years at the ASPCA, where she helped build the organization's digital fundraising and advocacy infrastructure, leading national campaigns that increased donor acquisition, expanded supporter engagement, and mobilized millions of advocates. Her work includes the Shorty Award-winning Barred from Love campaign with Grammy Award-winning artist Sia, as well as strategic partnerships involving brands and public figures including Subaru, Nylabone, Edie Falco, Patrick Stewart, and Animal Planet. Earlier in her career, Kymberlie served as Managing Editor of Satya Magazine, where she conducted in-depth interviews with global activists, human rights leaders, and cultural changemakers, including Malalai Joya, Eve Ensler, Yanar Mohammed, and Rebecca Lolosoli. Her work helped bring international social justice, environmental, and human rights issues to a broad public audience and continues to shape her approach to storytelling and advocacy today. Kymberlie's writing has been featured in Speaking Up for Animals: An Anthology of Women's Voices.
