The original Star Treks: Lower Decks-branded Replicate Yourself character builder was a fan engagement phenomenon. To celebrate the conclusion of Star Trek: Lower Decks' fourth season, Paramount+ updated the Replicate Yourself character builder with new props and character designs from the most recent season and added a sweepstakes to give one lucky a fan a once in a lifetime chance to be drawn into a Star Trek episode.
The character builder update included a sleek new option to switch over to a Star Trek: Strange New Worlds section of the site, complete with a UI redesign and character options from the Star Trek: Strange New Worlds Season 2 crossover with Star Trek: Lower Decks. Most exciting of all, visitors to the new and improved site had the option to enter a sweepstakes for a chance to be drawn into an episode of Star Trek: Lower Decks Season 5, a first for the series!
The update kept fans excited and engaged throughout the end of the season and beyond!
The microsite earned 44.8K page views, 2.4K total sweepstake entries, and fans shared their many creations across their social pages with an easy option to export their created characters.
