Al Jazeera Digital Newsroom is managing all social media production & publishing for Al Jazeera Arabic social media outlets, we worked hard this year to keep our audience informed, and updated with world events, our engagement metrics were focusing on interactions and using all tactics to engage with our loyal fans.

We worked very hard throughout 2022 providing timely coverage of the news through live updates and breaking down complex stories on the issues that affect the Egyptian audience. Never, as in this momentous year, were we so effective in meeting our objective of and powerfully giving voice for the voiceless.

Our 2022 strategy has paid off. Our views soared to more than 1.7 billion Views and interactions (likes, comments and shares) to 897 million.
