Nao is the Managing Partner for Tomorrow a female founded B-Corp creative recruitment agency established in 2011 to connect exceptional talent with the right companies through a more human approach. Nao has been supporting designers and creatives for 18 years to build their careers and find roles in Google, Netflix and agencies across the UK, EU, Aus and now USA. They have acted as a mentor for ADP and General Assembly and is currently based in Miami supporting the emerging creative, tech and startup community.
