Dian Gemiano or also known as Gemi is the CEO of KLY (Kapanlagi Youniverse), a digital media group, part of Emtek Media (Indonesia). KLY manage an ecosystem of 7 media brands: Liputan6.com, Merdeka.com, Kapanlagi.com, Bola.com, Bola.net, Fimela.com and Brilio.com. Gemi also the Chairman of the Indonesian Digital Association (IDA), leading collaboration among Indonesia’s digital advertising stakeholders while advocating fair and effective regulation that support sustainable growth for local digital ad players. Earlier in his career, Gemi co-founded an independent creative boutique in Bandung before moving to Jakarta to spent more than 5 years with GroupM/WPP. He then moved to brand side joining FWD Indonesia as Head of Digital Marketing before shifted to media side to join KG Media where he co-founded KG Media Lestari - a media-led sustainability program and spent 10 years there in leadership roles.
