Kim Chappell, Bobbie Chief Brand Officer
Kim Chappell began her career as a reporter and anchor, earning two Emmys and a National Edward R. Murrow Award. After a decade in journalism, she transitioned to tech, first as the PR lead at Weebly and then as head of brand and communications at Square. Today, she serves as Chief Brand Officer at Bobbie, where she has spearheaded award-winning campaigns with Naomi Osaka, Meghan Trainor, Ashley Graham, and Molly Baz to name a few, to advocate for issues such as paid leave, postpartum mental health, and to elevate Bobbie beyond just powdered milk. Under her leadership, Bobbie has earned top industry accolades for her bold brand strategy and creative campaigns. She oversees a team of 20+ marketers and three external agencies.
Outside of work, Bobbie is a proud mom of three and an active community member, serving on the board of the Elizabeth Ann Seton Fund and as a member of Chief, a network for women in leadership. She lives in Austin, Texas, with her family.
