Zee Jackson is the Vice President of Digital Product Experience at New York Life. With a passion for transforming complex challenges into elegant, human-centered solutions, she is redefining how a 180-year-old company serves the needs of clients and agents in a digital-first world. Zee leads the digital product experience team within Marketing and launched the company’s first Digital Product Design Center of Excellence—a hub for creativity, collaboration, and innovation that will set the standard for NYL’s future experiences. Her vision has already shaped flagship initiatives, from redesigning newyorklife.com to creating MADI, the company’s first Design Language System, ensuring every digital interaction is consistent, accessible, and impactful. Her journey began at Domino’s Pizza, where she helped launch its first online ordering system, igniting a career dedicated to pioneering change. She went on to hold leadership roles at H&R Block and PNC Bank before joining NYL in 2018, where she continues to modernize and elevate the brand’s digital presence. Beyond her professional achievements, Zee is committed to advancing equity and inclusion. She serves on the NYL Social Justice Committee for Bridging the Racial Wealth Gap, mentors through the Empower Program, and is an advisor of the BOLD ERG – empowering others to lead with courage and purpose. Zee holds a Master’s from Walsh College and a Bachelor’s from the University of Michigan. Her guiding belief is innovation isn’t just about building products—it’s about building possibility.
