Anthony Roberts, Jr. is a native of Daytona Beach, Florida and is the Senior Marketing Manager for Dining Services at the University of Utah. He has an A.S. & B.S. in Marketing along with a M.S. in Internet Marketing. Previously, Anthony has worked for KFC, Shoe Carnival, NASCAR and Planet Fitness. With over 14 years of experience, he is a seasoned marketing and new media professional.
