I don't know really, it depnds on the tweet

Only spammers ages ago, I let Twitter do it now, although I have unfollowed the odd idiot for over the top bad language and stuff.
Why should we vote for you?
I work very hard at spreading the word of science and astronomy to as many people in the world as possible, whoever they are, keeping it fun

What's the most interesting connection you've made through Twitter?
Professor Brian Cox (@profbriancox) Dr Ian O'neil (@astroengine) and many others - Too many to list here...
Hashtag you created that you wish everyone used?
#Meteorwatch although over 50000 people have used it and it has trended a few times. Knocked Miley Cirus of the top spot the first time :)
How do you make your tweets unique?
Make them fun, simple and factual. They are for everyone and are easy to follow
What inspires you to tweet?
Spreading the word about science and astronomy to ordinary people and being part of a wider community where everyone is equal.
Ever get called out for tweeting too much?
Sometimes :) Twitter is a big part of what I do and is the main way I get my info out to the masses :)
140 characters of advice for a new user?
Just tweet, follow people and get followed, be yourself, have fun and be interesting. You will pick it all up in no time.
How long can you go without a tweet?

I tweet about astronomy and science. I make it cool, fun and easy for all who follow

What comes to mind first and any current topics .See what others are talking about? I tweet current astronomy events

I just get people enjoying the sky above and their surroundings

It helped bring my familly together! I met my girlfriend on twitter! :)
Why'd you start tweeting?
It was an experiment one evening, to tweet astronomy. It went crazy so I carried on and it got better and better
Has Twitter changed your life? If yes, how?
Yes!!! It has brought my favourite interests out to the world and the world is sharing them with me.
What do you wish people would do more of on Twitter?
Share more and not be elitist (have I spelled that right?) Join in and enjoy

Science and astronomy will be more popular thanks to things like Twitter

Taking forever to verify some good accounts

Warmer and busier, with better internet
