By trying to point people to information they might not get elsewhere. When everyone else is looking west, look east.

I have some unique insights into PR and podcasting and social media they won't hear from the people trying to sell them secret sauce.

I read a lot, I look around, and I listen. When I see or hear something important, I Tweet.
Why'd you start tweeting?
I needed to understand new forms of communications so I can effectively counsel my clients about them.

Made me more aware of what people are talking, thinking about sooner than I would get it from mainstream media.
What do you wish people would do more of on Twitter?
Be themselves. Write authentically, don't hire someone to do it for you. They will always sound fake.
What are some big Twitter faux pas?
Accidentally posting to the client's account because HootSuite assumes you know which account you turned on.
What will the world be like 10 years from now?
Even more distracted and polarized than we are now.
