What's your best tweet?
"Do you act really awkward when everyone sings you Happy Birthday?" It sums up human nature incredibly well.
What are six things you could never do without?
Mangos, synthesizers, big cities, Netflix, sharpies, & leaving the dentist.
How do you use Twitter in your professional life?
I'm in high school. Getting my homework done on time is the most professional it's gonna get.
What's your favorite Twitter app?
CoTweet! I can tweet from @omgidothistoo, @iusedtothink, @omglifehacks, and @funnyz all at once.
Twitter or Facebook?
There's literally no witty answer to this. Twitter.
What was the funniest trend you've seen?
All of them have their laughs. #robotpickuplines was good, and so was #thingsyouneversee. They highlight the creativity of the community
What feature should Twitter add?
If you go to a person's profile, there should be an option to hide all of their @ replies, so you just get the "real" tweets.
Who do you wish had a Twitter feed but doesn't?
I'm sure M.C. Escher would have had some pretty trippy Twitpics.
What are some words or phrases you refuse to shorten for brevity?
For, not 4. To, not 2. Ate, not 8. Oh, not 0. Won, not 1.
Is there someone you want to follow you who doesn't already? If so, who?
I want Michael Cera to follow me. I feel like he could relate.
Why should we vote for you?
Because I point out the things that you never knew about yourself.
Terms you wish would start trending on Twitter right now?
#idothistoo obviously. And #nowplaying. I miss that for some reason.
Hashtag you created that you wish everyone used?
#idothistoo. It's my baby.
How do you make your tweets unique?
I go to high school. People in high school are weird. I like observing their odd habits and tweeting about them.
What inspires you to tweet?
Everyday life. I'll be at school, and I'll notice something that everyone does, but nobody realizes they do it. Real deep.
Ever get called out for tweeting too much?
Of course. It only makes me want to tweet more.
140 characters of advice for a new user?
Hello! Be smart, be witty, be interesting, be cool, reply back, don't spam, follow people you like, and use hashtags sparingly.
How long can you go without a tweet?
One day, then I start showing signs of withdrawal.
What question are we not asking here that we should?
"How has Twitter affected your social life?" I refuse to answer that.
How do you imagine Twitter changing?
Twitter is going to become more integrated with real life, more social with actual friends, more diverse, and faster realtime, breaking news.
Who do you admire most for his or her use of Twitter?
Barack Obama. It's really cool how our president uses Twitter. Although more "White House bowling alley" tweets would be nice.
What is one of the biggest misconceptions of Twitter?
That people don't care what you're having for breakfast this morning. They care if you say something funny about it. Waffles are funny.
Why should people follow you?
I'll make you say "OMG, I do this too!"
Can you name some one-of-a-kind Twitter accounts that you follow?
@iusedtothink. It points out the crazy things we all used to believe when we were little.
How do you decide what to tweet?
I notice something that people do, like having to recite the whole alphabet to rememeber where a letter is, and think "hey, I do this too!"
Why'd you start tweeting?
I wanted to see if others had some of the same quirks as me...turns out they really, really do.
Has Twitter changed your life? If yes, how?
It's made me realize that we're all pretty strange.
How will the world change in the next year?
People will be more aware of their little personal quirks and habits. Humans are fascinating creatures.
What are some big Twitter faux pas?
Tweeting about eating, going to the restroom, how bored you, how sick you are, your latest test grade, and unfunny "quotes" from your friend.
What will the world be like 10 years from now?
130 characters or less.
